2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before arrival will receive a partial refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival may result in loss of deposit or full payment.
Any exceptions are at the discretion of Casa Calma Retreats.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect.
Any damages caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
