Refund Policy
At Casa Calma Retreats, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair for both our guests and our property.
1. Standard Cancellation & Refunds

Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of any amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice (“no-show”) will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Early Departures
If you choose to leave before your scheduled check-out date, unused nights are non-refundable.
4. Special Circumstances
In cases of emergencies such as serious illness, natural disasters, or flight cancellations beyond your control, we may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion. Proof may be required.
5. Group Bookings & Special Offers
Special cancellation terms may apply to group reservations, retreat packages, or promotional rates. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
